NUCLEADYN® is a viscoelastic, sterile, non-pyrogenic, absorbable intradermal treatment based on polymerised polynucleotides (PDRN) of animal origin (salmon*).
It is an innovative and effective way to restore skin firmness and elasticity and ensure healthy skin that is protected against free radicals and cellular damage.
A treatment of Nucleadyn® results in a histological change of fibroblasts, osteoblasts, adipocytes and other structures in the tissue (biostructure in all tissue layers such as bone, muscle and adipose tissue).
It changes the structures from fibroblasts to myofibroblasts, which is a phenotype intermediate between fibroblasts and smooth muscle cells – i.e. a modulation of the fibroblasts. This means positive effects are seen quickly – a lift in skin structure is visible after just a few minutes.
Nucleadyn® contains high molecular weight polynucleotide chains, which have a biochemical effect. The strong moisturising ability is a result of the water retention capabilities of the hydrophilic groups of the phosphorylated sugars of the single nucleotide. The structure of the Polynucleotide molecule reacts instantly with water molecules along the binding site of the whole molecule.
