When unexpected pain or damage strikes, the first step is simply to call us. Our team will arrange a same-day appointment wherever possible, whether you are already a patient or visiting us for the first time.
At your appointment, we begin with a careful assessment and if you’re a new patient, an initial consultation that includes X-rays to give us a clear picture of what’s happening. Your dentist will explain the cause of the problem, outline the treatment options available and make sure you understand the costs before any work begins.
Wherever possible, treatment is carried out straight away to relieve discomfort and stabilise the situation. If further care is required, we will put a comfortable temporary solution in place and arrange a follow-up plan that suits you.
Throughout the process, our focus is on restoring comfort quickly and helping you feel fully supported at every stage.
